Business Development Manager - Sustainability

£40k-£50k per annum + great comms

London (hybrid)

Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful sales professional to drive new business and existing revenue across their leading sustainability portfolio that's on a mission to help UK businesses deliver on net zero.

Savvy Media are working with an entrepreneurial; creative; and digital-facing media enterprise who provide leading insights; content; and publications to specialist networks around the world.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager who can also helpgrow existing accounts, selling digital solutions including advertising; webinars; written and video output; market intelligence; and beyond, to an expanding sector, on the top portfolio in the UK sustainability ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

Maximising sales results monthly; quarterly; and annually, supporting your colleagues and the overall division;
Increasing revenue and market share from multiple accounts of different sizes smaller consultancies and solution providers up to major brands;
Creating consultative solutions through listening to customer requirements and understanding their needs;
Working closely with editorial and tech teams to manifest successful client outcomes, and to maintain and develop business partnerships;
Understanding the competitor landscape maintaining knowledge of their activity and keeping their information at hand;
Delivering presentations to all clients;
Sourcing new business through competitors events; MQLs; desk research; social media; and beyond;
Working with your colleagues and superiors to help maintain presentation and sales styles, and ensure bestinclass services are offered to clients.
