Founded in 2013, the Client is an up-and-coming Tier Two supplier, working in Construction (Design and Build), Redevelopment and Fit-Out.

They are intensely Client and project focused, and committed to the wellbeing of staff and the success of the teams they work with including the consultants and supplier.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for projects in a timely manner.

Review project drawings and specifications to identify project scope and requirementsAssist in the preparation of material take-offs and pricing for labor and materialsCommunicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and pricingAttend pre-bid meetings and site visits to understand project requirementsReview and analyze bid documents to identify any potential risks or issuesPrepare bid packages and ensure all required documents are includedMaintain accurate records of estimates and bidsProvide support to the project team as neededQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in constructionKnowledge of construction methods and materialsFamiliarity with construction drawings and specificationsStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and grow in the construction industryIf you are eligible and available to work in the UK, passionate about construction and have the desire to learn and grow in the industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
