You will provide an efficient and professional secretarial service ensuring business processes are effectively and resourcefully managed to support the delivery of a quality care service.
Tasks will involve:
- Working with and supporting consultants
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Diary management, minutetaking
- Preparing meeting notes
- Copy and audio typing experience
- Collation and input of data, proofreading documents
- Dealing with medical records requests and general administration
