- Ensure timely reporting of regulatory returns including Germany Branch
- Develop awareness of Basel III, Capital Requirement Directive (CRD) IV and Capital Requirement Regulation (CRR) and other regulatory requirements which may affect the role.To help develop and implement relevant processes that will aid in the risk monitoring and reporting"
- Liaison with Treasury Control & Services Group and accounts back office team based in India, on a day to day basis in relation to accounting and reporting requirements
- Work on adhoc projects, and internal MI requirement from business, risk, compliance
- Analyse Investment portfolio for the Bank
- Ensure that all documentation is completed on time including Process Approval Committee (PAC) notes, and inputs to Treasury Policy Manaul & Mandate (TPMM)
- Good understanding of Regulatory reporting guidelines and updating the management on any changes in regulatory reporting
- Responsible for relationships with external Auditors and Internal Auditors and working with them to resolve audit queries and meeting audit data requirements.
- Required to work on various Finance projects as directed by the supervisor
- To review processes and policies related to regulatory reporting and incorporate best practices
- Leading regulatory reporting automation projects
- To maintain Bank's relationship with vendors for regulatory reporting
- Good understanding of Bank's financials and trial balance
