Position Overview:

The Power Trading Lead/Manager will support the development of the new trading team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy trading, with expertise in managing teams and navigating intraday, day ahead markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of trading strategies within the power markets.
• Manage a team of traders, providing guidance and support to optimize trading performance.
• Analyze market trends and developments to inform trading decisions and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and counterparties.
• Utilize battery optimization techniques to enhance trading outcomes and mitigate risk.

Qualifications and Experience:
