Overview

Our client is a leading management and professional services company, based in Central London.

Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a Business Managerto support their Management team with providing accountancy services.

About the role

This role would suit an enthusiastic and professionalindividual, looking to take on a managerial role.

Reporting to the Director, the Business Managerwill be responsible for managing a team of accountants and ensuring client reporting and financial deadlinesare met.

Key aspects of the role include:

Managing a client group, including advising clients on their accounting needs and resolving issues;
Managing the team including planning, delegating and reviewing work;
Preparing and finalising accounts for sole traders, LLPs and limited companies;
Managing deadlines to ensure work is completed to the required quality standards.

The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator, who has a working understanding of tax accounting.

The person will have the ability to assess and manage time and to work independently and confidently to advise clients.
