Are you a HR Advisor who is looking to expand their knowledge in a fast-paced environment?


Reed HR are excited to be working with a leading Public Services provider based in Birmingham who are looking to recruit for an interim HR Advisor on a 2 Month fixed term contract with the likelihood of it being extended.


Salary - £11.50ph - £13.00ph

Hours - 9:00am - 5:00pm (Hybrid working, 2 days in the office, 3 days at home)

Location - Birmingham


RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be working alongside the HRBP's within the business to assist with day-to-day HR queries and the continuous improvement on procedures within the business

  • Working alongside the HRBP to assist with key generalist duties and providing first line support to managers within the business
  • Assisting with Case management
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Working to continuously improve procedures within the business such as recruitment, learning and development and onboarding
  • Handling queries from managers and employees within the business
  • Working closely with colleagues to assist with system management and answering HR queries from a shared inbox

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Level 3 CIPD minimum
  • Payroll experience
  • Proven experience working as a supportive HR Advisor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding and experience of case management
  • Confident with systems including Microsoft software
