Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our business leaders.

The Project Coordinator will have previous experience and is familiar with office management technologies and provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance.


What you'll do:


  • Raise quotes for our larger and most prestigious projects.
  • Work with every department to make sure the orders are looked after from start to finish.
  • Take part in regular meetings to make sure things stay on track
  • Liaise with customers to keep them informed of any applicable information.
  • Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them synchronised and moving forward
  • Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
  • Conduct risk analyses and research
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues
  • Measure and report on project performance
  • Act as the point of contact for all participants
  • Preparing presentations
  • Other general administrational duties

What you bring:


  • Experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role to support a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Handson experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel)
  • Polished communications skills both verbal and written
  • Extremely organised and focussed
  • Ability to motivate and keep staff on task
  • Multitasking skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Deadline driven
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular)

Hours: 37 per week
Monday to Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm and Friday 08:30am

  • 16:00pm

Salary:
£26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
