    Role Overview:

    As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the generation of leads for our group-wide recruitment services.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD) and Commercial Director (CD), you will oversee, manage, and report on the Work In Progress (WIP) of the group.

    Your primary focus will be on driving business growth by booking and attending meetings with all members of our group businesses, monitoring cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating with consultants to generate more business.

    Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients through effective client and vacancy follow-ups and customer service reviews.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Lead the generation of leads for group-wide recruitment services through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing initiatives.

    Oversee, manage, and report on the Work In Progress (WIP) of the group to the MD and CD, providing regular updates on key metrics and performance indicators.

    Book and attend meetings with all members of group businesses to understand their recruitment needs and opportunities for collaboration.
    Monitor and review cross-sell opportunities across different business units and work closely with consultants to maximise revenue generation.

    Follow up and manage client and vacancy follow-ups to ensure timely and quality service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

    Conduct customer service reviews of current clients, gathering feedback on their satisfaction levels and consultant experiences, and collate insights to drive improvements.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support lead generation efforts.


    Experience:


    Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the recruitment industry, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
    Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
    Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
