this position is for Maternity cover - 12 MONTHS
Job responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Work with Managers / Partners to create the Job Descriptions
- Manage the Advertising of all recruitment for the Surgery both internally and externally
- Develop a bank of Interview Questions per role, including Critical thinking and scenario based questions.
- Sort and shortlist the relevant CVs for Managers/Partners
- Take part in Interview Process when requested
- Arrange for interviews with the relevant recruiting Managers / Partners
HR Administration
- Be the first point of Contact for all HR Administration Questions
- Manage all HR documentation, New Starter documentation, Contracts, Offer letters and all relevant communication to employees including Probation Letters and appraisal documents.
- Maintain the HR Database, HR Folders, Teamnet and compliancy trackers
- Maintain the HR Reporting for Annual Leave, Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, Sickness etc on the system
- Maintain a list of starters and leavers on the HR Database for the Surgery
- Organise clinical and nonclinical appraisals and probation reviews
General Administration
- Complete Tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager or the Partners
- Revise and Update Practice Policies as directed
- Type up minutes from HR Meetings where required
- Purchasing and processing registration forms, Medical/Maternity prescription exemption forms, DWP maternity exemption forms, brochures and leaflets
- Other Adhoc HR admin duties as when required
Induction
- Oversee the Induction Process for all new starters
- Process all DBS checks
- Verify ID documents, including right to work visas and permits
Training
- Maintain the Training records for the Surgery on Teamnet and Compliancy folder
- Manage the Training Schedule for all Clinical and Non-Clinical Employees
- Assist and Leading Training in areas such as Chaperoning, Reception training, EMIS and Teamnet.
External Liaison
- Ensure compliance for all external Partners, including insurance companies, outside agencies for locum work.
- Update the NWRS Database for all 3 Wandsworth sites part of Grafton Medical Partners and Grafton PCN.
- Manage the ordering, payment, purchase order generation of the following external businesses for the Surgery
- Banner, Medisave, Amazon, Indeed, Plumbing, PHE and PCSE, etc
- Process the payments for locums and invoices received via post and from both clinical and nonclinical staff
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

From £20,000.00 per year
