This role will be supporting the day to day running of a territory the main focus is to help maintain and grow the area.

Full training will be provided.


Roles required are:


  • Selling our equipment over the phone.
  • Booking in appointments
  • Helping customers with servicing offerings for their equipment
  • Processing warranties
  • Processing Returns
  • Creating quotes on CRM
  • Regularly update the CRM with relevant information.
  • Handling customer complaints and finding a resolution quickly
  • Handle any customer enquiries relating to products and catering for any after sale questions.
  • Completing a warranty and returns tracker daily
