    This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful and leading Real Estate companies, as a Residential Property Manager. You will join their growing residential team based in Central London offices and run a portfolio of houses/apartments across a range of London locations.

    Company Profile for the Property Manager:

    Our client is a leading real estate firm with offices located across the UK and globally. They specialise in property sales, lettings and management, facilities, investment & development, research, advisory and consulting. They are known as an industry leading brand and a great employer to work for and build a career in. High specification offices based in Central London but a network across the UK.

    Duties - Property Manager:

    • Managing a portfolio of 120 properties
    • First point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
    • Organising inspections and check out process
    • Dealing with all repairs and maintenance issues
    • Effective communication both internally and externally regarding your portfolio
    • Dealing with tenancies from settlement to handing back to the lettings team at re let
    • Ensuring all management systems are kept up to date
    • Negotiating deposit releases on behalf of tenants and landlords

    Person profile - Property Manager:

    • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for customer experience
    • Previous residential property management experience is essential
    • Understanding of all current legislations
    • Confident and professional
    • Effective at managing high workload in busy environment
    • Enthusiastic and positive team player
    • ARLA level 3 desirable

    Package - Property Manager

    Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

    Salary: £35,000, plus bonus

    Location: Central London and Hybrid Working
