THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will play a crucial role in helping the company optimise its products by heading up the analytics engineering function:

In this role you will be:

• Have line management responsibilities for a high-performing analytics engineering team, focused on the technical work as well as creating the overarching strategy for decision making
• Use DBT, SQL, Python and AWS/Redshift to build features into the analytical pipelines, driving the advanced analytics techniques
• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to ensure data integrity and reliability
• Focused on upskilling the team through 1:1 meetings, mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews
• Devising a technical road map

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Please have the following when applying for this role:

• Experience managing a small or large team, with proven experience of upskilling, mentoring and devising performance reviews
• Experience working as an analytics engineer, focused within DBT, SQL and Python
• Collaborating with engineering leaders and product managers
• Ability to work with technical leads to set long-term technical direction
• Implementing and using data modelling tools (DBT) and can work with the Devops teams to stand on new infrastructure
