    We are looking for TWO experienced Sales Managers to join the team and contribute to the successful achievement of the company's sales targets. Your focus will be on managing, acquiring and retaining a geographical portfolio of Maritime customers, through the supply of the Martek Marine product lines.

    You will be enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated and an excellent communicator, passionate about building strong long-lasting relationships with our customers and improving their businesses

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating and executing a strategy for personal territory.
    • Generating revenue in line with monthly sales budgets, margin expectations and product lines.
    • Managing & retaining existing customers.
    • Acquiring new customers.
    • Actively cross and up selling.
    • Developing strategic partnerships in order to enhance our distributor network.
    • Networking via: Social Media, Attending Conferences and Attending Trade Shows.
    • Planning for and completing customer visits.

    About the Candidate

    • Highly determined.
    • Commercially astute, experienced in handling objections, negotiating & closing business.
    • Highly developed up-selling & cross-selling skills.
    • Engaging telephone manner & exceptional cold-calling skills.
    • Skilled and confident presenter with excellent judgement.
    • Experience in B2B targeted technical sales environment.
    • Track record of achieving sales targets by rigorous application of proven sales process from cold calling through to closing.
    • Experience of introducing disruptive technology products.
    • Experience of international reseller/agent development.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Evidence of self-development.
