Job Description:

Support the interviewing process by arranging interviews and assessments
Notify unsuccessful applicants
Monitor the selection inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and assessment centres
Support the Recruitment team in the UK (and US if required) with administrative work as necessary
Ensure the ATS Smart Recruiters is maintained and is current regarding all recruitment campaigns

Qualifications:

An administration/coordination background, ideally within Recruitment/HR
Excellent organisational, planning and prioritising skills
Team work and a collaborative approach
A customer focused mindset, always trying to go the extra mile
Resilience and able to work under pressure
Excellent Attention to detail
IT literacy
