The Team
Our trust and tax team is based in Salisbury and it comprises of 5 partners, 1 senior associate, 2 assistant solicitors and 2 consultants.
Experience
We are seeking Trust and Tax Advisory Solicitors on all levels from Newly Qualified to Partner.
The successful applicant will be expected to gain the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification and depending on your ultimate specialisation either the Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or STEP qualification together with certain additional specialist STEP qualifications.
The Work
You will be advising on and assisting others who advise on wills, trusts and tax planning for high-net-worth UK and foreign domiciled individuals, trustees and beneficiaries. There will be opportunities to specialise in advising:
· owners of farms and estates and farming partnerships
· owners of companies and partnerships
· on offshore trusts and multi-jurisdictional tax and succession planning issues; and/or
· on tax in relation to the settlement of trust litigation

The Location
The team is based in our Salisbury office, but the majority of the team also work from home on a flexible basis.
