Job Description:
As a SEN TA, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of their students
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one support to students with autism in classroom settings.
Assisting the teaching staff in implementing tailored learning plans for individual students.
Supporting students with social interaction and communication skills development.
Assisting with behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and parents, to ensure the holistic development of each student.
Requirements:
A background in psychology, criminology, or relevant field is preferred.
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a prison guard or in a similar role is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the evolving needs of students.
