What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?
The role of the
Consultant is to lead and drive all process design activities for I&T projects, including new and existing client implementations, transformations, exiting client projects, remediations and significant internal projects.
Responsibilities also include:
- Leads discovery and design process with key stakeholders, in line with contractual obligations
- Presents and validates future state process design with internal/external stakeholders
- Identifies and documents client change impacts
- Obtains client approval for future state process
- Produces clear and concise process documentation
- Drives training strategy (for project), including approach, and delivery
- Collaborates with project workstream leads across AMS and external clients
- Contributes to weekly project update presentations and calls
- Identifies and communicates risks and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner, making suggestions for mitigation
- Contributes to lessons learned exercise, document and share output for ongoing development
- Leads handover of operational materials to the account
- Supports other workstream activities as required (e.g., WIP, Stabilisation)
What do I need to succeed in this role?
Must Haves:
- Proven process design and process mapping experience
- Experience of Talent Acquisition ATS Implementation
- Previous experience in a Process consultant role
- Implementation/ process documentation and design background
- Proven ability of managing stakeholder/client relationships and expectations
- Able to work to tight deadlines, supporting multiple deliverables/activities at any point in time
- Demonstrated capability in obtaining and interpreting complex data
- Experience of preparing and delivering client presentations
- Ability to obtain agreement on key decisions with sign off from stakeholders on process design
- Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
Nice to Haves:
- Working knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle from experience gained working within Recruitment and/or HR function
- Awareness of financial services good to have
- Experience in project delivery methodology and toolkits
- Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint, Visio, Teams
- Experience working in a project environment
- Knowledge of future trends in our industry, such as, service offerings, robotics, artificial intelligence, and recruitment marketing
- Proven experience in change management / continuous improvement

Who will I be working with?
The Consultant is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Project Analyst in all associated workstream deliverables.
The Consultant reports to a Senior Manager (Project Manager or Senior Consultant) and will engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
