    Administrative Support Assistants – Cross FunctionalRole ProfileReports to: Head of ITLocation: Glasgow, office basedSalary: Dependent on experienceHours: 42.5 hours per week Role Overview Due to continuing expansion and the undertaking of various projects, we are looking to recruit talented and dynamic Administrative Support Assistants to join our team at Head Office, and work in a cross-functional role, collaborating with various departments within the company.

    The successful candidates will play an important part in maintaining efficient operations, by providing key administrative assistance in some of the busiest areas of the business, including Sales, Imports, Buying, Finance and Retail.

    We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable Support personnel to provide essential support and fulfil these vital cross-functional roles.

    What does a typical day sound like?Cross-Departmental Support:
    Respond to ad-hoc data and administrative requests from various departments, adapting to their unique needs


    Data Management:
    Enter and maintain data accurately and efficiently, organise records and documents relevant to cross-functional activities and ensuring data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with established protocols


    System Processing:
    Provide comprehensive administrative support using existing business systems, applications and processes, including Microsoft Office and Dynamics AX


    Communication:
    Collaborate with team members to gather data, relay information, and facilitate smooth communication between departments

    Project Support:
