    Job Description

    We are looking for a year placement student to undertake the role of HR Assistant. This is a good opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in HR within a highly successful, globally recognised company.

    Reporting to the HR Advisor you will work as part of a team to deliver a HR service to the business.

    Duties will include:

    ● New starter administration and on-boarding processes

    ● Leaver administration and off-boarding process

    ● Managing general queries on a day to day basis

    ● Working to deadlines and in line with service level agreements

    ● Updating and maintain accurate information on the HR system

    ● Managing HR Information mailbox queries on a daily basis

    ● Working with stakeholders from across all business areas building effective relationships

    ● Communicating confidently with people at all levels

    ● Support with ad hoc projects and initiatives

    ● Actively participate in process improvement discussions and implementing any changes

    Qualifications
