Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are seeking an Project Co-ordinator. The role is working Monday - Friday and offering a salary of £25,000 plus a list of impressive benefits including annual bonus, hybrid working, regular socials, 24 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays and birthday off, Christmas closure, free onsite parking and more


Duties include:

  • Read and interpret client's drawings and specifications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers and suppliers to collect information for quote preparation
  • Submit bids/quotations within specified deadlines
  • Followup quotes and convert them to orders
  • Develop opportunities and relationships with new customers & build on relationships with existing customers
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to build strong relationships
  • Organised, motivated and able to prioritise and plan own workload in line with strict deadlines
  • CAD skills would be desired
  • Full driving license preferable
