What we need from you:

• Passion for the highest standard of patient care
• 2 years experience working in a Nursing Home environment
• Active NMC pin
• Fantastic communication skills.

What will it look like:

• Assisting the Nurse Manager with the overall running of the home.
• Overseeing & Administering care plans.
• Assisting with on boarding and training of new staff.
• Delivering the highest standard of patient care.
• Leading by example.
• Demonstrating compassion.
