Description

My client, a leading global data centres business in a key phase of its growth, is looking to hire a commercial real estate lawyer to join the team supporting its EMEA Leasing business.

The role will be wide-reaching and will involve drafting and negotiating a range of agreements with hyperscalers and enterprise customers including data centre leases, service agreements and NDAs amongst others. The successful candidate will have 1-5PQE, and have trained and qualified into the commercial property team of a city practice.
