We have an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with smart modern offices in Redditch.

They are looking to fill a role for Sales & Production Support based in Redditch, you will be working in conjunction with the team leader to planand allocate all shop floor production jobs & operations whilst building and maintaining customer relations and working closely with other internal departments.

The Sales & Production Support key duties:

Planning of works orders and ensuring customer required bates are fulfilled.

Reviewing and planning stocks to ensure allocations can be made for forecast orders
Liaising with external suppliers to ensure orders are manufactured in a timely manner
Keep customers up to date with their orders and deal with any amendments or issues.
Maintain, update and implement the marketing plan using social media
Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships both in the UK and internationally
The successful Sales & Production Support will have the following skills and experience:

Of reviewing stock levels and planning customer forecast schedules

Strong IT skills including excel and teams
Producing reports
Customer account management
Problem solving dealing with customers problems and finding solutions
Experience of working in a busy coordination/ scheduling role.

In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £20-25,000 depending on your experience and they offer both 35 or 40 hour a week contracts.
