    The role

    Reporting into the Group Sales & Marketing Director, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across the sales function, ensuring the sales team are provided with the information and support they need in order to effectively carry out their roles and ensure sales compliance of Audley standards and ARCO regulation.

    Role Purpose

    The main purpose of the role is to support the sales team to ensure that reporting, documentation, compliance and systems are kept up to date and accurate, providing general administrative support to the Group Sales & Marketing Director and Regional Directors of Sales.

    Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

    • To provide administrative support to the Sales Team
    • Process new holds and reservations onto salesforce
    • Action Memorandum of Sales
    • Ensure all AML procedures are followed before issuing Memorandums of Sale (ID Pal, Risk Screen, Proof of funds)
    • Send post tour follow up
    • Action health assessment to customer and manage return. Upload to care file and return of QPF (subject to change with the new Health and Wellness programme)
    • File all health assessments returned in care folder for approval. Once approved, update solicitors and sales team with copy of the QPF and upload to Salesforce
    • Weekly, report sent to sales group & care teams to make them aware of the assessments that have been sent out to customers and the ones we are waiting to receive
    • To ensure Salesforce is kept up to date with all the latest sales progression information, and to provide reports to the Management Team
    • Work with Sales Progressor teams to ensure change of dates and the stage of the sale is fully updated on Salesforce
    • Manually update weekly completions to Salesforce with previous address information – property sold price, sold date, miles moved to village, current status and equity. To feed into dashboard reporting and previous address reports used by multiple departments
    • Customer database removals, all return post processed onto the database and details shared with data agency for suppression file
    • Lease Audit - run monthly to ensure all leases have been received from Eversheds and uploaded to salesforce
    • To ensure that all invoicing is completed accurately and on time
    • Send club membership cards to new reservations
    • Arranging flowers for reservations

    Key Skills & Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator, Sales support agent or a similar role - preferably
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, adhering to deadlines
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platform
    • IT literate and good working knowledge of excel
    • A team player with high level of dedication
    • Experience in working across multiple teams
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Able to foster good relationships with different characters and personality types
    • Able to demonstrate attention to detail
    • Able to demonstrate analytical skills
    • Demonstrate a high level of empathy with a proven track record of building customer relationships over a long sales process and delivering a high level of service
