  • Urgently needed

About Our Client:

Our Social Housing client manages a portfolio of properties within Birmingham and the West Midlands.

  • Provide support to the community with needs such as offensive behaviour, substance abuse, neighbourhood issues, behavioural problems, antisocial behaviour, mental health, family disputes
  • Assist residents/tenants with rent payments, service charge, payment plans
  • Report repairs to the maintenance team
  • Ensure tenants and leaseholders are given excellent customer service on a daytoday basis

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience within the housing sector
  • Supportive nature and willingness to help others
  • Able to diffuse situations
  • Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS or currently holds one.
  • Driving license is ideal
