Based in Birmingham- Urgently needed
About Our Client:
Our Social Housing client manages a portfolio of properties within Birmingham and the West Midlands.
- Provide support to the community with needs such as offensive behaviour, substance abuse, neighbourhood issues, behavioural problems, antisocial behaviour, mental health, family disputes
- Assist residents/tenants with rent payments, service charge, payment plans
- Report repairs to the maintenance team
- Ensure tenants and leaseholders are given excellent customer service on a daytoday basis
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience within the housing sector
- Supportive nature and willingness to help others
- Able to diffuse situations
- Willing to obtain Enhanced DBS or currently holds one.
- Driving license is ideal
