(ea1d7) Job purpose: I am a young man with Autism who seeking a PA to support me to remain independent and access the community. I currently do not go anywhere without my family and I would like a PA who can accompany me outside of the house for social and leisure activities, such as going to football matches. I do not have a strong awareness of safety and require someone who will supervise me closely when out and about. I am not a shy person, and I will talk to anybody, but I do struggle with social boundaries. Someone who can support me to better understand these boundaries would be ideal. It would also be beneficial to have a PA who can support me to be more active and engage in activities such as going for walks along the beach at Hunstanton.I am a chatty young man with a good sense of humour, who is very caring. I can however be stubborn at times and require someone with a strong character who can put firm boundaries in place. I would also like someone who is friendly, whom I can build a good rapport with.I require someone for up to 14 hours per week, the hours of which will be on a flexible basis and worked between the days of Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday. The exact times and dates are negotiable at interview. Location: PE34
