    About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Campaign Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts globally. As a key member of the marketing team, you will assist in the execution of field marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, organizing events, managing partnership marketing opportunities, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

    Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of global marketing campaigns and programs to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with our Business Resources team to support the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and networking events, to showcase our products/services and engage with prospects and customers.
  • Identify potential partners and assist in establishing strategic partnerships with industry associations, financial institutions, technology providers, and other stakeholders to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with our Content Lead to leverage compelling content, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts, to support sales efforts, educate prospects, and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, develop sales collateral, and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Assist in managing the field marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track marketing metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, Vimeo, Sales Force and Pardot systems.
  • Interest in the fintech industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
