- Manage and grow existing accounts and new opportunities via outstanding customer service and cross/upselling skills via:
- Understanding and interpreting customer enquiries, provide large format graphics guidance and expertise
- Preparation of quotations/bids at appropriate margins for the business.
- Responding to all enquiries quickly and professionally
- Follow up all quotations in agreed timescales
- Improve quotation conversion rates, both by number and revenue
- Manage all activity on the business CRM system
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
- Thorough understanding of the sales process
- Demonstrable experience in cross and upselling of opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong business sense and commercial acumen.

My client are a leading provider of Large Format Graphics, Exhibitions and Events who are looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to their team.
Ideally the person will have come from a Production background within Large Format Graphics / Signage so they have a good understanding of materials etc.
This role is not focused on bringing in new business accounts
