Salary £42k - £47k

Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager or Team Leader? Would you like to join a well-established, nationwide financial services organisation?

If you said yes, then this role is perfect for you

We are looking for Collections Team Managers to join a growing team in Leeds. The main purpose of the role is to effectively lead and manage a team of 8-10 Collections Agents.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Managing a team of 810 collections agents
  • Supporting your team to deliver consistent KPIs
  • Assisting and coaching your team on their activities
  • Contributing to resource planning
  • Upholding key processes and procedures
  • Ensuring great customer outcomes
  • Resolving complex complaints

Who Are We Looking For?
You'll be a great fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience managing or leading a team within an FCA regulated environment
  • Can deal with complex arrears cases, based on your industry experience
  • Are able to work well under pressure and deliver on demanding targets
  • Always focus on great customer outcomes
