Broad commercial work, both domestic and multi-jurisdictional Our client is looking for a talented Junior Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join their London Office which is responsible for legal matters across the UK and Europe.
This role provides the opportunity to undertake a varied commercial in-house role with responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions.The legal team is expanding but still at a size where you get recognised for your contribution ( 9+ lawyers) and our client has an immaculate market reputation both in terms of work culture and high standard of work.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert legal guidance on a wide array of issues spanning contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and more.
Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and mitigating potential risks.
Manage litigationConduct thorough legal research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making and facilitate innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering insights and recommendations on legal matters with far-reaching implications.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies, representing the firm's interests with integrity and professionalism.
Qualified to practice law in England & Wales.~ An understanding of the complex legal challenges inherent to professional services firms is desirable but not essential.
~ Fluency in spoken and written business English is essential.
~ Languages would be a nice to have but not a pre-requisite ( German, Italian, French, or Spanish)
~ Excellent supportig academics
~ Trained at a well recognised law firm and prior in-house experience are require for this role
