    Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Property Lawyer to join a well-regarded London Council's property and development team on a locum basis.

    This opportunity is a locumcontract, initially for 3 months, and expected to be extended on arolling basis. The Senior Property Lawyer will be able to enjoy theflexibility offered by the council, and will be able to work on ahybrid basis. The successful Senior Property Lawyer will ideallyattend the office in London 2 days per week.

    The council'slegal team are a fantastic supportive group and deal with a widevariety of interesting work. The role is offering a highly competitiverate and there may be permanent opportunities available further downthe line.

    As this is a Senior Property Lawyer role, the postwill involve management. The successful candidate will supervise andmentor 4 other Property Lawyers. The workload will include:

    • Commercial property matters such as landlord and tenant,licenses, leases, etc.
    • Development and regeneration
    • Providing support and guidance to direct reports
    • Oversight of some RTB work

    The successful SeniorProperty Lawyer must have substantial experience in property law.While prior local authority experience is preferable, it is notessential so long as a sufficient experience in property anddevelopment is shown.
