    Analyst, Private Equity, W1£70,000 - £90,000 + excellent benefits + bonus

    Are you an intellectually curious, dynamic and analytical graduate with 3-5 years' Private Equity investment experience?

    Are you a strong communicator and relationship builder, with excellent writing skills?

    Our client is looking for an exceptional individual who will enjoy and benefit from the diversity of being fully immersed in a high-performing investment team, investing directly in companies for the long term globally.

    Source, evaluate, and execute direct investments in private companies across a range of sectors and geographies
    Take ownership of the commercial and financial due diligence, preparing and presenting materials to the Investment Committee
    Build relationships with senior investment officers as well as advisors and counterparties at other investing firms
    tracking financial performance, interacting with management and other shareholders on a regular basis, developing exit plans
    Take part in ad-hoc projects such as global sector reviews, market mapping of specific sub-sectors and strategic reviews

    3 years' experience at a leading investment bank or in Private Equity - essential
    ~ Strong academic background, preferably with finance related degree and further training (i.e. CFA)
    ~ Strong analytical skills and experience in building financial/operating models
    ~ A European language would be highly advantageous
