Description
Senior Service Manager UK remote with occasional travelFruition Consulting a recruiting for a Senior Service Manager to work for a enterprise-scale, tech first organisation, working on a global scale.
This is a fantastic role for a Senior Service Manager to hold a crucial role in the migration of managed services within the wider organisation.
You will be responsible for building strong supplier relationships, setting processes up across the organisation and shaping service strategy, design, deliver and continual service improvements.
Liaising with senior stakeholders across the business, alongside 3rd party vendor managementLead on cross-divisional projects
Play a lead role in the risk management process
Proven Service Management experience working on cross-divisional projects
Experience of using Service Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
ITIL Service Management in an agile environment, including incident management, problem management and supplier management
Experience working on projects on a global scale
Excellent stakeholder management experience
This role is a UK Remote role but may require some ad hoc international travel.
