    Lead Project Engineer
    Salary to £47500, excellent benefits PLUS Annual Bonus

    What does the Lead Project Engineer role look like?
    The Lead Project Engineer leads the Asset Design and Water Treatment projects.
    You will have a service-in-mind design approach, and will focus on speed, quality and budget. This will help your projects to see your output in cost savings, smart solutions, quality and on-time delivery.

    Successful people in our team have great people skills, and they're happy to be part of the team helping out with other tasks when we are busy and it's an 'all-hands' situation.

    You will be based in the Peterborough office, where your time will be spent across the office environment, in the on-site plant area, and on the shop floor.

    Lead the design and execution of Bridge, Complex Mobile and BOO projects
    Lead the Water Treatment Asset designs and Factory Acceptance Tests
    Manage document developments, reviews, and approvals.

    SAP business tool activities:
    create/ update-Material Master, Inventory, drawing and BOM
    Be or become a subject matter expert for key services, asset designs and field support
    Lead, coach, and train outsourced engineering, working closely with them to produce detailed designs and drawings.
    A basic knowledge of water process, electrical, control/mechanical designs, material and equipment selection and sizing
    Knowledge in PLC designs and Integrations (Preferable PLC- Allan Bradley and Siemens)
    Experience in engineering design and design leadership
    Experience in a product and services business - ideally within water treatment
    Strong water process and project management skills with ability to drive projects and meet deadlines
    Strong analytical and computer skills.
    Ideally, an education in an Engineering/ Science - or related technical experience
