- At least 2 years of Epic analyst experience required
- At least 1 current Epic certification (multiple certification areas strongly preferred) required

Our Nordic Europe team is growing We support healthcare organisations in the United Kingdom and across Europe with various Epic projects, and we are seeking experienced consultants to join our network. A Nordic consultant is more than just an Epic expert. Our Epic analysts take ownership for their work and the greater success of the organisation.
We're looking for professionals who listen to their clients and understand that each project and each organisation is unique. Your specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance; acting as consultant for the client's solution including troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer; resolving escalated problems and issues using your knowledge and expertise; addressing complex client concerns raised during implementation, optimization, maintenance and/or support phases of the project; performing test script execution; and creating and participating in validation sessions and integrated testing.
