This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Bid Executive looking for a step up to join a vibrant and innovative, niche management consultancy firm based in London in the role of Proposal Manager.

The Proposal Manager will be working in an extremely laid back and open door environment but will still be operating with the leading consultants in their field.

The role holder will form part of the firm's brand-new Pitches & Proposals team which sits withintheir growing Clients team who are a group of skilled professionals that bring together knowledge of client relationships and business development, digital marketing, brand and design, marketing, and external and internal communications.

Reporting to the ProposalTeam Lead you will manage pitches and proposals for the Energy Practice, the firm's largest sector specialisation whose members work from all of the firm's European offices for high-profile clients and public authorities in over 50 countries around the world.

The successful applicant will ensure constant improvement and development of proposals and pitching materials as well as the related processes.

Acting as a project manager for pitches and proposals, you will research new tenders and co-ordinate new opportunitiesand project requests, facilitating the bid/no bid decision-making in the practice, creating compelling proposal documents tailored to the clients' requirements and drafting high-quality experience statements, slides and other pitching material.

You will alsobe responsible for monitoring the win/lost ratio of submitted proposals and will follow up on all lost pitches to ascertain why the firm lost and report on where improvements can be made.

This position will suit a bright applicant, ideally with a recognised marketing qualification, who is looking to develop their skills in a very different, supportive and positive environment.

It will require proven proposal management experience in a professionalservices firm, ideally spanning from big public tenders to well-tailored proposals for private clients.

A confident and highly organised team player with a flexible, proactive and professional attitude, great verbal and written communication skills and excellentattention to detail, the Proposal Manager will have previous energy experience or a strong interest in developing industry knowledge and experience in working with high-profile clients and collaborators in transnational and multidisciplinary teams.
