    Description

    We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our IT team in Watford. This is a key role for us as we continue through a period of growth.


    You'll:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and external vendors.
    • Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
    • Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
    • Monitor and report on programme/project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence.

    We're looking for:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experience of managing Project Managers, and also business and technical projects
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Knowledge and expertise aligned to professional certification in project management (PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications)
