Our client a food manufacturing company are looking to expand their technical and quality team with Technical Assistant, and/or a Technical Supervisor.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a food manufacturing professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company.


Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Technical Manager
  • Addressing and managing customer inquiries related to technical aspects, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Implementing robust quality assurance measures
  • Conducting regular technical and quality checks within the manufacturing facility to maintain adherence to established standards.
  • Performing internal audits of documents and manufacturing protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of specifications for finished goods, raw materials, and internal processes.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the technical and operational processes adhere to established standards for quality and safety.
  • Investigating and resolving customer and supplier complaints, implementing corrective and preventative actions as needed.
  • Training of production staff
  • Supporting and promoting a positive food safety and quality culture within the organisation
