Ivy Rock Partners is working with one of London's most successful Colleges to bring in an Interim Head of Finance to lead and manage the Finance Function and support the vision and mission of the College and its subsidiary companies.

The role will initially be on an interim basis, however there is scope for the role to become permanent.

As Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will be:

Lead and manage the Finance Function (team of 6)
Support the Finance Director of Finance in monitoring the financial performance of the College
Lead on the production regular management accounts, forecasts, budgets and annual financial statements, completing variance analysis and analytical reviews
Review and develop systems and controls
Lead on operational relationships with the College's bankers, auditors, HMRC
Lead the financial statement audits and prepare the accounts

Criteria

Fully Qualified (ACA/CIMA/CIMA)
Experience of financial reporting in the Education Sector (including preparing financial plans, funding, budgeting, budgets, management accounts, in year forecasts, and leading the preparation of financial statements)
Experience leading and developing a Finance Team
