Job Title: Digital Finance Systems Analyst
Location: West London
Contract length: 6 months
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in West London
Your role:
o Working with the Digital Sales Supervisor and the reporting team supporting the ingestion of detailed sales files and statements into the relevant systems.
o Reconciliation of those files and statements.
o Ensuring that all DSP Digital sales reporting has been reconciled and billed correctly.
o Assisting the Senior Director with performing monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX controls as required – as well as pricing validations on streaming deals.
o Liaising with business affairs and business development to ensure our systems and processes are kept updated with new contracts, amendments, deals and developments.
o Assist with resolution of data errors or inconsistencies in digital sales files or topsheets.
o Assist with management of amounts in suspense, ensuring it is kept low and under control.
o Act as a point of contact for digital sales queries from worldwide affiliates.
o Work with the Digital Sales Supervisor on reporting for finance month end.
o Liaising directly with DSPs to ensure reporting is in line with company reporting requirements and any formatting errors or inconsistencies are resolved – as well as creation of topsheet proformas for new DSPs.
o Other ad-hoc queries from across the business.

o Microsoft Excel Advance User
o Analytical and mathematical background
Desirable skills:
o Performed audit duties in a previous role
o Python for modern and effective automation
o Notepad++/editpad and other advanced raw text editors
