What you'll do

As a Proposition Specialist you will support the team in defining, validating and driving the performance of new and in inlife propositions.

The products that will fall within this team are across PAYM SIMO, PAYG, Network/5G, OOB & Entertainment.

The Proposition Specialist will have responsibility for Vodafone's out of bundle (OOB) propositions which include roaming, data extras, spend manager and international calls.

It is a critical part of our mobile P&L and touches our entire consumer mobile base.

With close support of the Proposition Lead, the Proposition Specialist will define the three-year proposition roadmap, design and drive changes to the proposition to improve customer experience and/or improve commercial performance.

Help define the 3yr Propositions strategy for your product including defining the customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives, desired customer experience and marketing approach and how this fits into the overall Mobile Propositions strategy, working closely with the Propositions Lead.
Lead the proposition strategy to ensure a successful launch to market by liaising with key teams such as props delivery, base marketing, CX and brand
Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience including a strong digital first mindset for any new proposition enhancements.
Closely collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure full impact of any changes/issues/new props are fully understood and factored into the budget
Work collaboratively with the wider propositions community, to continually find ways to make our products and services better for our customers

Who you are

Understanding of the mobile market
Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively and to influence at peer level & upwards
Track record of developing initiatives where you put the customer at the heart of the change.
A selfstarter with an ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making
Experience in commercial / proposition or customer care
Strong communication and presentation skills
