    The successful candidates will be customer focused, experienced as a Field IT Support Technician, and have previous 2nd Line IT support experience on client sites.

    You will join our Service Delivery Team based out of the Milton Keynes office.

    The successful Field IT Support Technician will ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider supporting multiple client sites or you will have previously supported multiple IT infrastructures with various technical challenges.

    The successful candidate will ensure that our customers receive an excellent and consistent service experience.
    Acting as the client facing representative for all technical service requests on client sites (most client sites are within a 50-mile radius of the Milton keynes office, this includes London)
    Logging and maintaining support issues detail throughout a service ticket lifecycle (using ConnectWise Manage)
    Minimum of 2years experience supporting SME's or multi clientsites in a similar client facing role.
