- Transport, assemble, maintain and repair AV equipment.
- Set up, operate, maintain and repair equipment used to enhance live events, such as microphones, , projectors, etc
- Provide technical support for webinars, events and distance-learning classes.
- Support Project Management services for audio-visual integration projects, such as new buildings under construction or high-use, high-visibility conference rooms and Lecture theatres.
- Project Management services include scoping the project with end-users, producing an audio-visual design with recommendations that fit the desired timeline and budget, handling vendor bidding and selection, overseeing vendor workmanship, signing-off on the work performed and providing end-user documentation and training.
- Provide programmatic, technical, and event support for video technology located at various sites.
- Maintain an asset register and ensure monitoring systems are correct and updated
- Procurement of equipment and maintaining levels of consumable equipment
- Use your advanced knowledge to train and assist AV Engineers & Service desk
- Ability to confidently manage, inspect and sign off large scale AV installs.
- Experience working within the Education arena desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience working as an AV Technician and deliver AV Projects as well as BAU
- Broad knowledge of AV systems and best practice of AMX, Extron, Crestron etc. AV devices.
- Base knowledge of IP Networking to facilitate and troubleshoot AV over IP installations and system control.
- AV Specific qualification (CTS / Extron Certified etc.) or significant experience with AV systems

One of our leading London based Education clients is on the hunt for a Senior AV Technician to join their existing team due to growth and project pipeline.
As the Senior AV Technician you will work closely with the IT Service Delivery Team , working to support both staff and student digital experience and assist with planning and coordinating various installations and changes.
