    Marketing Manager

    You will be responsible for holding accountability for agreeing and delivering the marketing plan and objectives for the Hutchison Technologies brands to achieve organisational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Marketing remit on behalf of HT, including team management, financial management and management of professional standards, processes, policies, and guidelines.
    • Working collaboratively with Sales colleagues you will position the full range of our products and brands to optimise the delivery of Company growth targets.
    • Drive business leads generation through skilful development and execution of effective marketing campaigns, PR, content creation, value propositions, marketing publications, including client briefing presentations, and the development of other marketing and advertising collateral. You will create compelling materials to best position our products and brands to our established, emerging & new markets, and clients.
    • Develop advertising and promotional content aligned to the approved Marketing plan goals and ensure the professional execution of this activity.
    • Work collaboratively with technical product development colleagues to coordinate Marketing activities to achieve organisational goals.
    • Analyse marketing data and metric to refine marketing plans.
    • Influence which industry events to attend, and in what context our event attendance will achieve best impact for our products and brands.
    • Utilise latest marketing trends to engage with established, emerging, and new markets.
    • Ensure the accessibility of Marketing activities to our target customers and market segments.
    • Work with such external partners as necessary to build customer reach and to create compelling customer marketing content.
    • Develop a high-performing, customer focused team that can technically promote our complete product portfolio to help customers visualize and fully appreciate the technical and creative value we can add to their venues and businesses.
    • Understand an meet the expectations of the financial framework and performance metric agreed for marketing activities.

    Requirements

    • qualified in a relevant subject or equivalent career experience.
    • career experience in achieving B2B growth targets through marketing activities.
    • level communication skills in formal and other communications methods, tools and platforms, with key strengths in graphic digital design and copywriting.
    • skillset in producing high quality brochures, presentation materials, and digital content particularly social media and videos.
    • skills and competencies using technologies and media content to generate revenue.
    • working experience gained from working closely with Sales and Product Development peers, ideally in bringing new products and brands to market.
    • astute, with budget management experience.
    • driven with the ability to create accurate far-reaching projections seated in effective data analytics.
    • to contribute to strategic planning and translate these into operational plans.
    • of using data and metrics to drive decision making and produce milestone reports.
    • focus and empathy, with the ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • and understanding of the relevant industry trends, and best marketing practices.

    • Sectorial experience in health and fitness, retail, leisure, arts, corporate and education.
    • Project management experience.
    • Experience of international business.
