Job Title:
Production Manager

Shifts:
Mon to Friday (weekends required during seasonal periods)
Employee Management
Managing and monitoring the traceability of all raw materials and finished products
Maintaining the site QMS and HACCP plan, and ensuring the site meets all food safety/legal and quality requirements
Responsible for food safety/legal and quality decisions
Managing & monitoring CCPs
Managing Food Defence & Authenticity – TACCP Plan
Developing and continually improving SBH Food Safety and Quality Culture.
Helping with HR and payroll administration, and Managing annual leave and sickness absence
