The Role:
Sales Associate/ Clinical Support

  • The main element of the role as the new Sales Associate/ Clinical Support is to support, train & assist theatre staff in cases and to promote the correct use of products and instruments.
  • You will be accountable for the sales and market share growth within your territory as well as maximising the impact of marketing plans and my client's assets.
  • Assisting the account manager's when needed, checking implants, doing audits all within the NHS and private hospitals.
  • These are surgery products for the hips, knees, shoulders which are mainly implants.
  • Liaising with and supporting orthopaedic surgeons, consultants and nurses.
  • Covering South Thames region.

The Ideal Person:
Sales Associate/ Clinical Support

  • Ideally you will have a couple of years' experience working as a clinician in the theatre environment (e.g. ODP, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Nurse, ODA)
  • Or you will come with a sports science/ Physio/OT degree, with a passion for Orthopaedics
  • We will also look at people with sales experience wanting a step up and extremely passionate about orthopaedics with the get up and go attitude.
  • Must have a goal of breaking into medical sales as this is the progression ahead.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills.
  • Could potentially move into a sales role within three years.
