Commercial Manager 140k RC Frame LondonAbout the Client: For the past 15 years our client has established a Structures Division which carries out larger and more complex contracts.

The structures division has expanded into concrete frames, basements and ground floor slabs, retaining walls and other associated work.

They carry out various types of groundworks and enabling works either as a separate contract or within one of our larger schemes.

They have a turnover of 60m on the structures division.


About the Role:

This is a lead Commercial Role where you will report into Director level where you will have responsibility to manage and grow a commercial team.

You will be both site and office based. The projects will be up to 35m and have they a have strong client base.


About the requirements:
You must be degree qualified and have significant RC Frame commercial experience.

You must have the ability to take responsibility for a commercial team and take the lead on larger scale projects.

They will also consider a Senior QS who is looking to step up to the next level.
