    Description

    People Manager & Administration - our client ETOA is a major trade European travel trade Association with 1200+ members coming for all aspects of the travel industry - hotels, tour operators, tourist boards, transport companies, attractions, wholesalers, OTA's, business services, DMC's and government agencies.

    With offices in London and Brussels and staff located around Europe, we have a new position to support the organisation, efficiency and performance of a hybrid team, being responsible for all HR matters and working closely with the CEO and Senior Management and external stakeholders within the tourism industry.

    Your role will involve managing the HR processes, create training and learning needs for the teams, implement all HR and Health & Safety issues and recruitment support.

    You will also handle the administration of meetings and Board Meetings, managing the CEO's busy diary, preparing agendas and meetings for the board and attending ETOA events.

    You will manage the office and employee insurances and private medial insurance and some other general administration duties.

    It is an exciting and fast moving office environment - you can choose to work hybrid but must be available on occasion to be in their office which is based close to Barbican.

    You must have proven HR experience, working with staff of various seniority and have fantastic time management and organisation skills.

    You must have experience of the hotel, travel, or tourism sector to apply for this role.

    This is a part time role approx hours a week and the salary of up to £40,000 is pro rata.
