Do you have a proven track record in real estate development and a deep understanding of the data centre market?

Or client is a preeminent real estate law firm in London, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Development Partner to join their growing team.

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of data centre development projects, from site selection and planning to construction and leasing.

Manage a diverse portfolio of data centre development projects Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues related to data centre development, including planning, construction, and zoning Negotiate and structure development agreements, joint ventures, and other real estate transactions Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and data centre operators Lead and mentor a team of associates and paralegals You are a perfect fit if you have:
